module 4 lesson plan i can not find

i am sorry but i am having a hard time locating the lesson plan. but this will not stop my surging on anyway...............
directions please,

I found a hard copy in my Mod 4 binder under 'Research'. It looks pretty much the same as Mod 3. Perhaps that will be okay to use. Good luck!
