wow!, this lesson sounds like it covers way more than dissection. how long does this type of activity with all the discussion take? good job christine

It was a great activity! Kids loved it. Eyes being free and fresh was very helpful! I introduced new vocabulary about eye parts and function on day one during a 20 min period. At the start of a 70 min block I went over demeanors, practices, proposed phase diagram and focus modes then did step by step procedure and an assessment/reflection. So, about 20 min day one and full 70 min day 2. If you want my label sheets and procedures let me know.
