Any ideas for an end-of-lesson assessment?
I had students draw another picture of "what a scientist looks like", telling them to incorporate their new understanding of science and who conducts it.

This is exactly what I did for my assessment of this lesson. I then had the students look at their "before" and "after" photos and list what changed. I think this helped the students see their own growth.
