Presentation Format and Paper Guidelines

This section can list guidelines for presentations and for the final papers.

Here is the information that can be listed for presentation guidelines:

For presentation guidelines, all concurrent panelists should prepare a 20-minute presentation. Members of concurrent panel sessions will present in the order listed. A group Q&A session will commence after all panelists have presented.

All conference rooms will have a 96″ smartboard (or projector) with an HDMI hookup for laptops. Most rooms are not equipped with speakers, so media such as music or videos will play from the connected device (laptops, ipads, etc.). If you will be using your laptop, please bring an HDMI adapter for your computer (this is most common for Mac users).

Plenary Session panelists should check with their respective panel organizers for presentation details.

Here is the information that can be listed for final papers:

The new deadline for final papers is September 1st, 2024. We do not require any papers until then. Your submission by this deadline will make you eligible for publication in our conference volume. Participants are not required to submit a paper to participate in the conference, and paper submissions do not guarantee publication.

If you would like to be considered for the conference volume, please prepare a paper based on your talk that is approximately 20-30 pages long (double-spaced) in a standard academic format (preferably Chicago) to submit by the new deadline. The directors will review the submissions after September 1st and make decisions shortly after October 1st, 2024.

All submissions can be sent to this email (ewpc2024@gmail.com).
