The Presentation Application Form is organized in the following sections:

  1. Presentation Information
  2. Recommender Information
  3. Academic Information
  4. Demographics
  5. Applicant Information
  6. Finalize/Uploads

Please note that you cannot “save as you go”. Therefore, UROP recommends preparing answers to the questions beforehand and having your Proposal PDF file ready to upload. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required. Failure to follow all directions may result in disqualification of your application.

GROUP: Each group member must submit the Presentation Application Form and attach identical Proposal PDF uploads.

Once you submit, you will receive an “Application Form Received” message and an email will be sent to the @hawaii.edu address you provided in the Presentation Application Form. If you hit submit and do not receive the confirmation message and email, your Presentation Application Form may not have been submitted. In this case, please contact UROP to verify that your application was submitted.
