Tabling Space Reservation

The Student Success Center (SSC) is happy to provide a space for UH students and faculties to table in front of Sinclair Building’s first floor main entrance.

How to Request Tabling Events

If you are interested in organizing a tabling event, please complete the following forms:

1. RIO Form:

RIO Fundraiser Request Form

OR

Non-Fundraising Tabling Event Form

2. General-Use Classroom and/or Outdoor Area Reservation Request Form

This form needs to be submitted at least 30 days prior to the event, so please complete ASAP.

Once you submit this form, please forward the confirmation email with your answers to woomip@hawaii.edu.
