The Student Success Center is happy to assist RIO’s in their fundraising efforts by providing a space for student organizations to set up outside Sinclair Building's front doors.


Required Paperwork and Forms

The SSC requires the completion of these two forms. These forms are done in addition to - and not in place of - all required paper work for Student Life & Development.

1. RIO Fundraiser Tabling Form: Please submit the online RIO Fundraiser Request Form at least ten (10) business days prior to your event. It does not constitute a formal commitment by the Student Success Center and Sinclair Building to host the event. Your event will be considered formalized when the signed Acknowledgement Form has been received by our office.

2. RIO Acknowledgement Form: A signed RIO Acknowledgement Form must be sent digitally to, or turned in physically at the Student Success Center’s Front Desk at least 24 hours prior to your event.

Once both required forms have been received, your RIO will receive a confirmation email. If a confirmation email is not received within 48 hours after turning in both forms, please follow up with our office.
