March 27, 2026: Abstract Submission Deadline
- Follow these abstract guidelines closely.
- 250 word maximum.
- Email to showcase@hawaii.edu using the Google document template found in the abstract guidelines linked above (PDFs are not accepted) by 11:59pm on March 27, 2026.
- Additional abstract guidance from these online resources: WISC, Purdue OWL and UC Davis.
- Check email for confirmation of abstract submission by April 1, 2026.
April 24, 2026: Program Review Deadline
- A draft of program will be uploaded to the Event Overview page before this deadline.
- This is the FINAL chance to review/edit program submission for the event (eg. abstract, title, etc.).
- Participants MUST email confirmation that program information has been reviewed (even if no changes are required) AND intention to present at event by 11:59pm on April 24, 2026.
- Check email for confirmation of reply by April 27, 2026.
May 8, 2026: Undergraduate Showcase
- Please check email closely for most up-to-date information regarding the Showcase.
- Final reminders and detailed instructions will be sent to all presenters the week of the Showcase.
