- Complete Section I of the Pre-Health Minor Declaration Form
- Submit your completed form here by the minor declaration deadline.
- Only up to 15 credits are covered by federal financial aid.
- Minor courses can NOT double-dip with major or certificate courses.
- All core courses and six credits of elective courses must be taken.
- Core courses can possibly be replaced with elective courses and will be approved on a case-by-case basis.
- Additional electives can possibly be approved on a case-by-case basis if they are non-introductory and are health professional school prerequisites.
- Earning the Pre-Health Minor usually does NOT make students' applications more competitive for health professional school.
