- Complete the Pre-Health Minor Declaration Form.
- You will receive an email notification when your request has been processed.
- Email the Pre-Health/Pre-Law Advising Center at uhpac@hawaii.edu if courses need to be added to or updated for the minor.
To withdraw from the Pre-Health Minor, please complete this form.
- Only up to 15 credits are covered by federal financial aid.
- Minor courses can NOT double-dip with major or certificate courses.
- All core courses and six credits of elective courses must be taken.
- Core courses can possibly be replaced with elective courses and will be approved on a case-by-case basis.
- Additional electives may be approved on a case-by-case basis if they are non-introductory and serve as health professional school prerequisites.
- Earning the Pre-Health Minor usually does NOT make students' applications more competitive for health professional school.
