WHAT IS SUPERLAB?

Superlab in the Fall semester usually occurs in the month of September and in February in the Spring semester, both being on Saturday. There are 2 major events the cadets focus on. (1) Basic Rifle Marksmanship (BRM) and ALT-C Qualification: Zeroing of an M4A1 Carbine and Qualification attempt on an ALT-C target. Cadets in Ranger challenge get extra hands-on training with an M9 pistol. Training occurs at the CR-2 Range on Schofield Barracks. (2) Land Navigation: Cadets conducted 3 iterations of land navigation, 2 daytime iterations and 1 nighttime iteration. Located at the East Range Training Area on Schofield Barracks.
