Make a gift to the Thompson School today & make an impact.
Now more than ever before, the mission of the Thompson School of achieving social justice & health equity for the people of Hawai’i, the Pacific Region and the world is more urgent and critical. This time of rapid change and multiple interconnected crises is creating opportunities to tackle the world’s converging health and societal problems collectively.
The Thompson School serves as a leading light in collaborative and interdisciplinary teaching, research and community engagement and service for Hawai'i and the world. Understanding that social disadvantages are closely linked to health inequities, the longstanding and interconnected work of the Departments of Social Work and Public Health Sciences and Center on Aging has made positive and sustained health impacts in Hawai’i and beyond for decades.
Each unit is strong, but the Thompson School recognizes that it takes a village to solve some of the intractable health and social problems facing us especially today.
