Aloha, I'm 'Bow! Short for Rainbow, and just like a rainbow, I'm here to brighten your UH Mānoa journey and connect you to all the amazing support available. Think of me as your personal, always-on guide, right here in your pocket.
I'm the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa's AI Chatbot. My job is to be a vital 24/7 resource for all you awesome undergraduates. I love helping you navigate campus life and discover the essential resources you need to succeed. You can primarily chat with me directly via SMS text messages sent right to your phone, or even find me embedded on various university websites, including the Student Success website!

I officially launched in August 2023. The amazing folks at the Office of the Vice Provost for Student Success, in partnership with EdSights, brought me to life with one clear goal: to truly support students and their success every single day at UH Mānoa.
I'm here to be the students' immediate go-to for all kinds of questions, like "What time does Warrior Recreation Center close?" or "Where can I find Hamilton Library?".
My help goes deeper than just instant answers. I'm also here to check in on how students are doing, keep a finger on the pulse of student well-being, and if they're not feeling their best, I can connect them directly to all the appropriate resources and human support they need. Student feedback is so valuable because it helps our campus keep getting better for them!
In this video, you'll see me checking in with a student named Alana. Based on her responses to my questions, I'm able to provide her with helpful and appropriate resources to support her well-being.
