*Kayak rentals require an “in-house certification”. To obtain this certification, you must go on a kayak excursion or complete a swim test during SRS Rec swimming hours at the UH pool. Upon completing the excursion or swim test, you then must pass a written safety exam. The safety test can be taken at the equipment rental shop during operating hours. This will allow you to rent out 4-seats worth of kayaks.
