Meeting & Event Services

Are you looking for a space to host a small or large meeting, a professional conference, a banquet, or other event? Consider reserving an indoor or outdoor space at the Campus Center Complex through Campus Center Meeting and Event Services.


Our meeting and event spaces are located in Campus Center and Hemenway Hall. Furniture, audio-visual equipment, and sound equipment are also available to meet your event needs.

Summer 2024 Operating Hours:

Mon-Fri: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Sat: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Sun & holidays: CLOSED


It may be possible to host events on Sundays/holidays for an additional fee. Please inquire.

Smoking and tobacco use, including electronic smoking devices, are prohibited by law §304A-122, HRS on all University of Hawai’i premises. Mahalo for your cooperation.

A great selection of meeting rooms, banquet facilities, and outdoor venues that can accommodate from 5 to 400 persons.

Table space is available in Campus Center for groups to pass out information about their group or event.
