Keiko joined the University of Hawai’i at Mānoa (UH Mānoa) in September 2019, and works for the Master of Education in Teaching (MEdT) program. Before that, she worked at Boise State University in Boise, Idaho for over ten years. This is her first time serving in the Senate, and she’d like to contribute to the UH community by advocating for fellow staff members. She hopes to learn more about UH by getting to know people across campus. Her interests are fútbol (especially La Liga), language (Spanish), travel, and plant-based food.
