The attendance of the Mānoa Staff Senate at the UH Mānoa Campus Update to the Board of Regents (BOR) is vital in enhancing our visibility and reinforcing our commitment to shared governance.  By participating in these events, we not only advocate for Staff interests but also foster stronger relationships with university leadership.  Our presence at the BOR meetings highlights the pivotal role the Mānoa Staff Senate plays in representing Staff concerns and contributions, ultimately promoting a collaborative environment that benefits the entire campus community.  Engaging directly with Regents ensures that the voice of Staff is heard, making our advocacy efforts more impactful.
