Tina Grandinetti

Tina Grandinetti was born and raised on Oʻahu and is a doctoral student at RMIT University’s Center for Urban Research. Her work focuses on the production of housing insecurity in Hawaiʻi, and the ways that Kānaka Maoli and working-class settlers are resisting displacement and creating home in Kakaʻako and Waiʻanae. Grandinetti also manages the office of Representative Amy Perruso, where she is working to develop policies to strengthen tenants’ rights and curb speculation in Hawaiʻi’s housing market.
