Subhashni Raj is Associate Professor in the Department of Urban and Regional Planning at UH Mānoa. Her current research focuses on the food-water-land nexus in a changing climate. She first attended UB as a Fulbright scholar from Fiji and was a project technical assistant at the Secretariat of the Pacific Community. Raj earned her MA and PhD in Urban Planning from the State University of New York at Buffalo as a Kauffman Fellow.
