The Student Activity and Program Fee Board worked diligently over the past year to update our extremely outdated operating documents. Our original operating documents (Charter and General Criteria) had not been updated since 1982 since SAPFB was originally chartered. After holding our Town Hall Meetings to garner public commentary about our proposed amendments the board received no opposition to these amendments. The board unanimously approved all amendments and these were then reviewed and approved by the Vice Chancellor for Students in late November. Upon approval of the Vice Chancellor for Students, the proposed effective date of implementation of the updated working documents shall be the first day of instruction for the Spring 2020 semester (January 13th, 2020).
