Hosted by the East-West Center in Washington, The Philippines Matters for America / America Matters for the Philippines (2nd edition) commemorates the 80th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the United States and the Philippines. This special event will explore the enduring partnership between the two countries and how it continues to evolve in response to today’s strategic, economic, and regional challenges.
