Modern Campus Curriculum Training Site

What Is Modern Campus Curriculum?

Modern Campus (MC) Curriculum is a web-based platform for submitting and tracking course and program proposals, and works together with MC Catalog to support a two-way flow of information between these two systems. Approved proposal data moves from MC Curriculum to the online catalog for publication, while catalog information flows back into the proposals for faculty and staff proposal authors. MC Curriculum will replace our PDF- and memo-based processes, giving units a centralized place to create, submit, and track proposals at every step of the review and approval process.

How-to Videos Specific to Program Proposals

  • Create and Submit a Program New Form (for Concentrations, BAMs, and Minors) (20:33)
May be used only for the program types above (concentrations of existing programs, BAM pathways, and minors). Brand new programs, for example, must use the existing memo-based process for the time being.
  • Program Change Form (21:55)
May be used to modify existing program requirements. If the program changes are very minor (e.g., changing the order of courses in a 4-year plan, editing help text, or making corrections to already-approved changes), then you can submit the Program Maintenance Form instead.
  • Approve or Reject a Program Proposal (3:47)
For originators, chairs, and deans who need a brief guide or refresher on moving program proposals forward or backward through the workflow.
