SUBJECT:
Bilger Addition: Concrete spall repair, exterior painting, signage replacement light fixture replacement

SCOPE OF WORK:

The project shall in general consist of but is not limited to exterior repainting and repairs of Bilger Addition. Scope of work includes selective demolition, hazardous materials abatement, and 3rd party industrial hygienist, arborist, landscaping, minor rust repair, concrete spall repairs and concrete crack repairs as indicated, sealant replacement, sheet metal, metal doors, painting and coatings, signage, cement plaster repairs, light fixture replacement, louver replacement and miscellaneous related work as shown on the Plans and Specifications.

EFFECTIVE DATES:

12/01/2025 - 03/30/2026

HOURS OF CONSTRUCTION:
7:00am to 3:00pm

ASBESTOS CONTAINING MATERIAL (ACM) ABATEMENT:
20LF of off white and gray caulking located on the 5th floor lobby door.

ACCESSIBLE ROUTES:
No accessible routes are affected by this work.

ADVISORY:
All persons in the vicinity of this construction are advised to respect all barricades and all posted safety/detour signs. Your patience, cooperation and understanding are requested as the inconveniences inherent to repair work (noise, dust, odors and debris) are generated by this construction.
