SUBJECT:
Keller Hall & Physical Science Building Restroom Renovation

CONTRACTOR:
StarCom Builders, Inc.

SCOPE OF WORK:

Renovation of the restrooms in Keller Hall and Physical Science Building.  Work includes:  New flooring, wall covering, plumbing fixtures, toilet partitions, toilet accessories, door louvers, doors and frames, concrete, metal framing, ceramic tile, fluid applied waterproofing, electrical, painting, handrails, plumbing lines, ceiling renovation and painting, water closets, urinals, faucets, hazardous material abatement including asbestos, lead, PCB/Mercury and Chlordane contaminated soils, replacement of exhaust ductwork, new exhaust registers, and miscellaneous work. 

EFFECTIVE DATES:

02/17/2026 - 11/14/2026

HOURS OF CONSTRUCTION:
7:00am - 4:00pm

ASBESTOS CONTAINING MATERIAL (ACM) ABATEMENT:
Removing approximately 1,300 sf of asbestos containing tile and plaster in Physical Science Building restrooms. 2,800 sf of asbestos containing tile and plaster in Keller Hall restrooms. Date(s) of abatement is yet to be determined.

ACCESSIBLE ROUTES:
No accessible routes are affected by this work.

ADVISORY:
All persons in the vicinity of this construction are advised to respect all barricades and all posted safety/detour signs. Your patience, cooperation and understanding are requested as the inconveniences inherent to repair work (noise, dust, odors and debris) are generated by this construction.
