SUBJECT:
Hemenway Hall - Asbestos Abatement

CONTRACTOR:
All Maintenance and Repair

SCOPE OF WORK:

Removal of vinyl floor tiles and associated asbestos containing mastic on the 1st and 2nd floors of Hemenway Hall will take place from Monday, 3/16, through Friday, 3/20.

EFFECTIVE DATES:

03/16/2026 - 03/20/2026

HOURS OF CONSTRUCTION:
7:00am - 4:00pm

ASBESTOS CONTAINING MATERIAL (ACM) ABATEMENT:
Approximately 7,600 sf of non-friable ACM containing floor tile mastic on the 1st and 2nd floors.

ACCESSIBLE ROUTES:
No accessible routes are affected by this work.

ADVISORY:
All persons in the vicinity of this construction are advised to respect all barricades and all posted safety/detour signs. Your patience, cooperation and understanding are requested as the inconveniences inherent to repair work (noise, dust, odors and debris) are generated by this construction.
