Notice for New Work: Crawford Hall - Upgrade / Replace Building Access / Keying System, Friday 10/24/2025 - Friday 8/26/2026

Starcom Builders, Inc.

SCOPE OF WORK:

Scope of work includes selective demolition, carpentry, wood and aluminum storefront doors, including finish hardware and access control systems, cement plaster, painting, electrical and miscellaneous related work.

EFFECTIVE DATES:

10/24/2025 - 08/28/2026

HOURS OF CONSTRUCTION:
7:00AM - 4:00PM

ASBESTOS CONTAINING MATERIAL (ACM) ABATEMENT:
None

ACCESSIBLE ROUTES:
No accessible routes are affected by this work.

ADVISORY:
All persons in the vicinity of this construction are advised to respect all barricades and all posted safety/detour signs. Your patience, cooperation and understanding are requested as the inconveniences inherent to repair work (noise, dust, odors and debris) are generated by this construction.
