Mini Master Plan Phase 2 - New Facility (Snyder Hall)

SCOPE OF WORK:
The Manoa Mini Master Plan Phase 2 - New Facility project is a follow-up to the demolition of the Snyder Hall building. The scope of this project includes assisting the University of Hawaii in designing and building a fully-furnished five-story classroom & office building, along with upgrades to the hardscape and landscape at McCarthy Mall and the Paradise Palms Courtyard. The building will be a combination of general use classrooms on the first two floors, and faculty office spaces on the upper three levels. The new building, and McCarthy Mall upgrades will transform these spaces to one of the most heavily used areas for students and faculty/staff on this campus. Updates will be posted as construction activities that impact the campus are anticipated.

All persons in the vicinity of this construction are advised to respect all barricades and all posted safety/detour signs. Your patience, cooperation and understanding are requested as the inconveniences inherent to repair work (noise, dust, odors and debris) are generated by this construction.
