SUBJECT:
Biomed E-Court: Project Start Notification

CONTRACTOR:
Economy Plumbing & Air Conditioning

SCOPE OF WORK:

Upgrade and revitalize Biomed mechanical systems at E Court. This includes but is not limited to: demolishing rooftop mechanical equipment, ductwork and pipework, and installing new equipment such as gas water heaters, VFDs, storage tanks, PACUs, etc. Remove and replace VAVs internal to the building, various duct runs, and reheat system components.

7:00AM - 3:30PM

None

ACCESSIBLE ROUTES:
No accessible routes are affected by this work.

All persons in the vicinity of this construction are advised to respect all barricades and all posted safety/detour signs. Your patience, cooperation, and understanding are requested as the inconveniences inherent to repair work (noise, dust, odors and debris) are generated by this construction.
