Our Mission
The Online Learning Academy provides online peer tutoring for students enrolled in lower division gateway classes to increase course completion.
COMPLETELY FREE!
The Online Learning Academy (OLA) is a program at the University of Hawai’i at Mānoa
that provides free math and science tutoring to UH Mānoa undergraduate students.
Students can schedule up to two free appointments per week on STAR Balance.
OLA tutors are current UH Mānoa undergraduate students who have excelled in their respective courses.
While tutors are proficient in their course material, they are not replacements for instructors.
Please double check any information with your instructor and course material.

Our office and tutoring are closed during state and federal holidays. Tutoring hours may vary depending on the availability of our tutors. Please refer to the UH calendar for holidays, when OLA is closed.
