Week 4 Manaʻo for Cohort Kaulua October 24, 2025
Although next week marks the last day of our October cohort, today marked our third and last Pilina Circle opportunity together. Mahalo to all of our wonderful co-facilitators for helping to cultivate spaces here at UH Mānoa where we have the opportunity to build pilina with ourselves, others, and ʻāina—I am always reminded of the magic behind why we do this work when I hear the vibrant laughter shared among circle spaces. Additionally magical was the art that folks were able to make in the afternoon, and as folks were finding their artistic and crafty grooves today, I have been reflecting on laughter as another form and perhaps embodiment of art. Looking forward to seeing everyone’s final projects soon!
