Aloha pumehana kākou,

It’s been so wonderful seeing both familiar and brand-new faces around campus today as we’re all preparing for the official start of the fall semester next week. Being together in community is important, especially during times of transition and change. And as the above photo of the two koloa (ducks) is currently inspiring me—lunch is better with a friend!

With all of today’s various events happening around campus, our team has had the opportunity to share space with lots of friends (new and old). Even spending a couple of minutes talking story with a new classmate or waving to a friend across the street on your way to work might make a big difference in your day.

Anahulu Reflection:

What else in your life becomes more joyful with a friend?
