University Health Services will be closed November 6 and 7, open on November 10, closed for Veteran‘s Day November 11, and then open for business November 12 and continuing as usual.

The closure is in connection with air conditioning renovations that require the clinic to relocate temporarily from one side of the building to the other. Signs will direct patients to the temporary clinic entrance, the back door closest to the marine science building.

TB tests will not be given from November 4 through November 11. After November 11, the clinic will be operating in close quarters, so there may be delays in service, limited waiting room space, and a reduced number of appointments for special clinics such as Women‘s Health. There will also be limited preventive medicine services such as immunizations. Special flu clinics will be arranged on campus outside of the Health Service for those who do not get their shot by November 4.

The Health Service appreciates the patience of the campus community as it undergoes this last phase of renovation. In January, the clinic will be back to normal operations.
