Food safety workshops to be held in September on Oahu, Hawaii Island

The Produce Marketing Association (PMA), a prominent national trade organization supporting the fresh produce supply chain, will deliver two one-day workshops--one on O‘ahu and one on the Big Island--to help Hawai‘i farmers, distributors, exporters and processors of fresh produce to develop and implement food safety plans.

This is a joint effort with the College of Tropical Agriculture and Human Resources, the Hawai‘i Department of Agriculture, Costco, Safeway, Subway and Sodexo.

HAWAI‘I ISLAND WORKSHOP
Date: Tuesday, September 18
