HONOLULU — Food safety specialist Dr. Aurora Saulo of the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa‘s College of Tropical Agriculture and Human Resources (CTAHR) has prepared a food safety tip sheet on E. coli and the latest U.S. Food and Drug Administration‘s advice on the topic in response to the recent outbreak related to fresh spinach.
