WHAT:
The University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa will hold its 2025 fall commencement for more than 1,000 students earning bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees.
WHEN:
Saturday, December 20, 2025
- Student procession: 8:30 a.m.
- Commencement program: 9 a.m.–11:30 a.m.
- Post-ceremony meet & greet: Clarence T.C. Ching Field (last names A–K) and Les Murakami Stadium (last names L–Z); fields cleared at 12:30 p.m.
WHERE:
- Ceremony: Stan Sheriff Center
- Overflow seating: Les Murakami Stadium (live broadcast on stadium screen)
- Live webcast: Mānoa Commencement page
PARKING & TRANSPORTATION:
- Free on-campus parking; disability accessible stalls on the third-floor Diamond Head side, plus additional stalls on each floor on the ʻEwa side of the parking structure, and in lots throughout campus
- Expect heavier traffic on H-1 Freeway, Dole Street, and University Avenue before and after the ceremony
GUEST GUIDELINES:
- Prohibited inside Stan Sheriff Center: balloons, strollers, confetti, noisemakers, large signs (2’x3’ on sticks)
- Food available at concession stands
- Lei presentation: leave plastic clamshell containers behind
- Shoes: no stiletto heels, metal cleats, or other potentially damaging footwear
- Bag policy: The Stan Sheriff Center’s clear bag policy will not apply for commencement.
