WHAT:

The University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa Symphony Orchestra (UHSO) presents its 2025 Fall Concert, featuring a complete performance of Ludwig van Beethoven’s monumental Symphony No. 3, the “Eroica.”

The concert is a major event for the UH Music Department, showcasing the talents of UH Mānoa students in tackling one of the most significant and revolutionary works in the entire classical repertoire.

The "Eroica" ignited a new artistic era in Classical music and cemented Beethoven’s legacy as one of the most daring creative-revolutionaries of all time.

The music is full of drama and packed with raw emotion, turning the light, elegant symphony into a powerful, personal story of a hero's struggle and triumph. To modern ears, this early 19th century masterpiece will feel like an epic movie soundtrack.
