Time for Three (Honolulu Chamber Music Series)

Honolulu Chamber Music Series presents Time for Three.

They may look like a bunch of dudes in a band, but don’t be surprised by their casual look. This “classically trained garage band” met while students at the Curtis Institute of Music. Their eclectic musical tastes range from classical to bluegrass, rock to jazz, and hip-hop. In their 13th year of performing, the group is just as comfortable performing at Carnegie Hall as they are in jazz clubs in San Francisco or at an Indianapolis Colts game, the Indianapolis 500, and ABC’s Dancing with the Stars. Their fourth album features Hawaii ukulele virtuoso Jake Shimabukuro. You’ll not want to miss this concert to launch the HCMS season!
