Internationally renowned artist Dr. Jeremy W. Reynolds joined the faculty of the University of Denver’s Lamont School of Music after performing as Principal Clarinetist of the Tucson Symphony Orchestra where his performances consistently brought high praise from critics and public alike. He has performed throughout Colombia, Italy, Portugal, Taiwan and Australia in addition to concertizing for the International Clarinet Association’s ClarFest, ClariBogota, Cultural Festival of Portugal’s World Exposition, Australian Clarinet and Saxophone Festival, International Alliance for Women in Music, University of Oklahoma Clarinet Symposium, International Double Reed Society, National Flute Convention and the Great Southwest Flute Fest. Equally in demand in an orchestral setting, Reynolds has performed with the Colorado Symphony Orchestra, Colorado Music Festival, Colorado Springs Philharmonic, Des Moines Metro Opera, Fresno Philharmonic, New World Symphony, National Repertory Orchestra, National Orchestral Institute and at the Aspen Music Festival. He has recorded for the Australian Broadcasting Association, Carl Fischer Publishing Company, Mark Records and Summit.

Thomas Yee is Professor of Music and Associate Music Department Chair at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Dr. Yee has performed as guest soloist with orchestras throughout Canada and the United States and has performed extensively as soloist, chamber musician, and collaborative artist. As a respected teacher, his students have won top prizes in state and regional competitions, including five winners of the Honolulu Symphony Concerto Competition and two winners of From The Top’s Jack Kent Cooke Foundation Young Artist Award.

  • Chromatic Fantasy (1720)  – J.S. Bach (1685-1750) Arr. Stanley Hasty (1920-2011)
  • Impression for Solo Clarinet (1987)  – Eberhard Werdin (1911-1991)
  • Sonata for Clarinet and Piano (1962) – Francis Poulenc (1899-1963)
