Get ready to tango! Back by popular demand, Hawai‘i violinist Iggy Jang brings the Tango Extravaganza back to the Islands with award-winning dancers Guillermo Merlo and Fernanda Ghi, bandoneonist Javier Sánchez, bassist Hayden Joyce, and pianist Alfredo Minetti. Hawai‘i guitarist Ian O’Sullivan will join in the celebration. Be ready for an enchanted and enthralling evening of music and dance.
An active soloist, chamber and orchestral musician, violinist Ignace (Iggy) Jang is the concertmaster of the Hawai’i Symphony Orchestra, faculty member of the Music Department at the University of Hawai’i at Manoa and Punahou Music School. [more about the performers]
