Overview:

Ranking among the top private universities in South Korea, Sejong University’s International Summer Program, located in Seoul is a great place for students to study abroad. Through this program, students will be able to experience the history and culture of Korea and North-East Asia in their coursework, and outside of the classroom through field trips and performances organised by the university. Additionally they will be able to experience Korea’s capital city, a thriving metropolitan environment ever-expanding in business, culture, shopping, tourism, and more.

Academic Details:

Students will take a variety of courses exploring Korean culture, and learning about Korean language, history, culture, religion, and economy, to have a broad understanding of the city and country they are immersing themselves in. Students will spend over thirty academic hours in the classroom, not including the many excursions around Seoul where they will gain first-hand experience with Korean culture and society. These excursions include trips to Namdaemun and Dongdaemun Markets, Samsung Public Relations Center, Sejong University Museum, and Pukhansan National Park.

Housing Details:

Students are provided with on-campus dormitories, in two or three shared rooms. Each room is fully furnished with air conditioning, beds, wardrobes, internet ports, private bathrooms, desks, bed sheets, and refrigerators. A kitchen and a laundry room is located on each floor of the dormitory.
