Summertime Cold Noodles and Cool Dishes
Cool down this summer with some delicious cold dishes! Join Chef Alyssa Moreau as she demonstrates her recipes for healthy and delicious vegan cuisine. Recipes include:
- Zucchini noodle based Pad Thai (Zoodles)
- Korean (inspired) Kimchee Lettuce Wraps
- Vegetable and Edamame Paste with Basil Avocado Creme Sauce
