In the month of May, Chef Vikrant visited the beautiful Island of Sri Lanka, a country rich in spices and sophisticated cooking techniques. Feasting on numerous curries and sambals, followed by copious amounts of chilled beer was a daily routine for the better part of his trip. In this interactive cooking session, Vikrant will demonstrate making a unique Sri Lankan curry powder which will be an integral ingredient in a delicious meal of Sinhalese Chicken Curry and Rice, accompanied by Pol Sambal and Spinach Dahl, all washed down with a sampling of 3 or 4 beers.
