Breadfruit: A Tropical Superfood
Chef Noguchi will demonstrate delicious ways to cook this powerhouse nutrient rich fruit. Touted as a wonder food under the skillful expertise of Chef Noguchi students will learn how to deliciously incorporate breadfruit into their daily diet. Chef Noguchi’s culinary philosophy is to use only fresh, local vegetables, meat and fish. He has been rewarded the Star Chef Award in 2012. He currently owns the Pili Catering Company.
