The Good Person of Setzuan Pre-Show Panel Discussion OCT 10
Those attending the opening night performance of
The Good Person of Setzuan on Wednesday, October 10th are invited to join us in the Earle Ernst Lab Theatre for a pre-show panel discussion. The panel, starting at 6:30 p.m., will be moderated by Dr. Markus Wessendorf who is the current editor of the Brecht Yearbook, the seminal international publication on Brecht. Our panelists, Causha Spellman (they/them), Ava Ladner (she/her), and Jen Jenkins (they/them), will discuss issues that are present in the play such as identity, gender dynamics, gender politics, and altruism in a capitalist society. Join us and let’s get the conversation started!
