A new exhibit at the Hamilton library opened on September 14: “I ʻike ʻia, I lohe ʻia: Nā Moʻolelo o ke KaiāuluKuli o Hawaiʻi (To Be Seen, To Be Heard: The Stories of Hawaiʻi‘s Deaf Community),” as part of Hawaiian History Month and Deaf Awareness Month. It was marked by an opening ceremony that featured a keynote address by Yvette I. Ibarra-Keohuloa and entertainment by Ed Chevy.
