Colleen O'Brien starts tenure track job

Congratulations to Colleen O'Brien (PhD, 2018), who is now a tenure track Assistant Professor in the Department of Anthropology at the University of Miami. Professor O'Brien is an award-winning film producer for the documentary Strangers to Peace; a linguistic expert on Kamsá, an Indigenous language isolate spoken in Columbia; and a cultural and linguistic anthropologist who was funded by NOAA to conduct fieldwork that supports inclusion in the fishery management process.
