Presentations at the 18th Conference on Austronesian and Papuan Languages and Linguistics

PhD student Jillian Breithaupt and Clé Mayer (PhD, 2025) each presented papers at the 18th Conference on Austronesian and Papuan Languages and Linguistics hosted by Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf, Germany July 22–24. Jillian's talk was entitled 'A description of the phonetic characteristics of Yapese glottalized consonants' and Clé's talk was entitled 'Making a scene: Prosody and inferred emotion in Woleaian direct quotative speech'.
