These images represent C. californica var. papillosa, a variety distinguished by the presence of papillae on the pedicels and flower perianth (most sharply focused and readily visible in the top right image below).  This variety is not presently known from Oregon.  However, C. californica is represented in Oregon by var. californica, essentially differening only in the lack of papillae visible in these images of var. papillosa.
