Read with Pride

June is LGBTQIA+ Pride Month. In support of LGBTQIA+, a "pop-up" book exhibit, Read with Pride is on display near the Circulation Desk. The display showcases selected books from Hamilton Library's General and Pacific collections that have LGBTQIA+ main characters or recognized LGBTQIA+ authors. The display includes a sample of novels, poetry, biographies, and a graphic novel memoir from George Takei. The exhibit is the work of Napua Rice, a student assistant with the Access Services Department and Jean Thoulag, Access Services Librarian.
