The exhibition, Korean Noodle Road, is focusing on the history and background of Korean noodles.  Also, it introduces six types of Korean noodles like Naengmyŏn and the simple recipes of each menu. This exhibit is curated by Korea Collection at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa Library and library intern Hyun Ji.
