Poet, memoirist, and activist, ALLISON HEDGE COKE is the author of numerous books, including the award-winning Streaming, Dog Road Woman, and Blood Run. A Distinguished Professor at UC Riverside, Hedge Coke’s work addresses culture, labor, land, and other Indigenous issues. She is a winner of the Lifetime Achievement Award from Native Writers Circle of the Americas and was selected as a Library of Congress Witter Bynner Fellow.
