Mark Fukeda is director of development for the College of Education, the Myron B. Thompson School of Social Work, and Hawaiʻinuiākea School of Hawaiian Knowledge.

Mark joined UHF in 2000, helping to increase support for the College of Engineering. Prior to joining UHF, Fukeda served as director of development for Nikkei Concerns, a Seattle-based non-profit that provides elder care and related services. His fundraising and development experience also includes work with SAFECO Corporation in Seattle where he managed an $8.1 million corporate contributions budget, staffed the corporate contributions committee and oversaw its grant tracking system, and directed its community relations campaign which involved working with 3,300+ employees, administering an in-kind donations program, and coordinating a volunteer program.
